Happy Sunday Morning Summer Girls!
I was up early this AM and weighed and measured. I lost 1 lb., 1 inch off my chest & waist, and a 1/2 inch off my hips, biceps and calves. So I'm down to 170. It's not much but I'm going down instead of up which can only be a good thing right? I was 176 when I started doing Cathe. Getting out of the 170's is this week's goal.
I was going to start doing freestyle tomorrow w/ my cardio, but I'm going to stick with what I'm doing for a while yet. I and the people around me are seeing a change so I want to keep at what I'm doing that's causing these changes.
I know I w/o a lot, but I listen to my body. I can always modify by lightening weights, or if I'm really tired I'll do my step w/o on the floor. If I get DOMS they're not for more than 2 days so that's a gauge I use too as far as overdoing it.
I made yesterday my "rest day" since I only walked twice. I'm off to do BodyMax in it's entirety hopefully this time. I would not recommend doing it the day after a Bootcamp Party.}(
Did you guys read Cathe's post about the forum members and our teamwork and stuff? It really made me feel good knowing she sees what we're all doing and likes it. So let's keep up our Spirit here in our check in! Game?:7
What's everybody up to today? I'm going to a cookout over the BIL's so I get to test my strength and endurance playing horseshoes again.:7 Or dare I say "show off" my strength and endurance?}( HeeHee.
