Summer check in... Saturday 7/2/05

Good morning all! And it is a good morning as the HUMIDIDTY has broken here in Northeast PA! I've been up for a 1/2 hour and I'm not sweating yet!:p Oh joy. I guess you can tell I hate when it's humid.

Jessica. Plans change sometimes. We're right here waiting for you to do BC too. Don't sweat it. You will be sweating enough during BC!:7

I have never played another instrument. I've always wanted to try tho. I started learning how to play the drums a few years ago, but, changed my mind. I thought it would be nice to just be able to pick up a guitar & play it, so I talked to my SIL's brother,( who is my teacher), and I'm on my way. I want to learn, and believe I can, & he says that's all I need. (and of course practice)

We can do anything we put our minds to as long as we "believe" we can do it. Playing instruments, making something, losing weight, anything. :D Just gotta have faith.

I hear ya, Kali - It's finally cooling down up here in NY - YIPPEE!!!! I feel kinda guily not taking advantage of the cooler weather to work out, but today is my much-needed rest day. :)

I've been planning my rotation & I think it's going to look like this:

SAT: REST

SUN: interval running outside (30 min)
MON: PUB + PLB floor work w/ stability ball
TUE: KPC
WED: L&G
THU: BC (or HSTA, if I get it in time!!!:D )
FRI: MM (I haven't done this one yet--except the awesome abs section--so I'm dying to try the rest of it!)
SAT: REST/Pilates

SUN: BC or HSTA + abs
MON: PUB
TUE: interval running
WED: L&G
THU: KPC
FRI: PUB
SAT: REST

What do the rest of you all have planned??

That looks great Cleo. I'll plan to do L&G's Wed. also. We can do that together and if anyone else wants to join in they're more than welcome. I'm going to work on my rotation now. TTYL, Kali
 
I DID IT!! I did Bootcamp from start to finish. and I even seriously considered adding 5 intervals from IMAX to the end (feeling guilty from eating a bunch of graham crackers and wheat thins today). I did not, however, want to go overboard.

I am going to be flexible with my workouts this week because on Wednesday I leave for Vegas (my SO is in the World Series of Poker) so this Thurs through next Tuesday I will be alternating long runs with interval running for my cardio.

Tomorrow I doing MIC and PLB. Monday will be some cardio and PS Biceps and triceps.

WOO HOO Jess!!!!!!:7 Good job! I added on yesterday and I am feeling it today. I am so tired it's ridiculous.

Good luck to you & SO in Vegas!! Maybe you'll see Gil Grissom from CSI. lol. I love that show. Whenever I do C&W's I think of it because they play one of the songs in the wo on CSI. The one w/ the tap dance move. Hope you win some $$$$!

Tomorrow I'm doing StepBlast & S&H Triceps & Biceps. I plan on playing horseshoes tomorrow so I want to blast my arms!:7
