Good morning, ladies!
I am not doing the Bootcamp challenge today as I will be in transit later and by the time I get home, I am likely to be wiped out. So I will live through you all vicariously! hehehe Also, Thursday nights the SO and I always take the kids out to dinner, which is one of those family ritual things that I really enjoy. So I don't know what I may be doing later; I am hoping to get some cardio in after dinner.
Last night I did "Yoga Booty Ballet," which is from Beach Body. It is kind of new-age-ish but is a fun and invigorating workout. I wanted something that was not Cathe-intense, and focused more on stretching and this really fit the bill. You don't even wear shoes but I was sweating profusely by the end. I am sore today, but more in a stretched way than a DOMS way.... it feels different! You know how weird we are about being sore, lol!
