How is everyone doing?
Jessica how was your anniversary dinner last night? I would love to go out for dinner but DH and I are spending all our play money on Cathe & Harley Davidson chrome right now!:p

I did HSC this AM it was a good wo. It's supposed to rain here on & off all day. It is still very very humid. Friday it's supposed to break.:D

Well I'm gonna go do some CleanMax.

Hi, ladies!

Happy anniversary, Jessica! I hope you guys had a nice time.

I didn't work out yesterday and likely won't today. I am traveling for work and just can't seem to get it in. HOWEVER, we are getting a dumpster this weekend and doing major work on my house, so I suspect I will be making up for it!

Meanwhile, I will live vicariously through your Cathe workouts, so tell all!

Marie, we are getting a dumpster in the near future too & I cannot wait! We have so much junk it's unbelievable.

Hi girls!

Thanks again for your support, guys. I've been spending most of my time at the hospice, but I'm finally getting back into my rotation again and just did PUB and the abs from MM (just b/c I'm impatient and wanted to see what MM was like). Jello-y arms again! }(

Instead of a full-length step or bench (since I currently have neither in my apt at the moment), I tried PUB on my stability ball and absolutely LOVED it! Has enyone else done this??? I wonder if my core is getting an even better w/o because I'm also maintaining my balance on the ball??

I DEFINITELY have to do BC, KPC, or running tomorrow, seeing as I always pick up with the weights but seem to skimp out on the cardio (very bad, I know). But I'm taking comfort in the fact that many people have been getting better results with less cardio (3x week)and more focus on weights. That would surely make me a happy camper since I'd MUCH rather do weights than cardio (I like my sports, but I can only take so much of sweat-fest in this heat!).

I have been missing this thread but thanks to Cleo I have found it again! :7

I did part of Body Max today. I didn't have the time to commit for the entire work out so I did the step aerobics, upper body weights and abs. Great work out but I stopped doing the step routine a few minutes early...I was getting frustrated with the choreography...I'll have to work on that!

I had to take an unplanned rest day yesterday to recover from MAJOR DOMS from doing MIS the night before!

Tomorrow will be all cardio and then on friday I am hoping to do Boot Camp! Next week I have to try Power Hour...it's the last of the 3 work outs on that dvd that I have to do. So far this DVD kicks a$$!!! I am THRILLED with it! I would highly recommend it!}( :+ :)

Hey why don't we all do Boot Camp on Friday! Let me know if you all can do it and I will too. Ok?

Count me in for Friday's Boot Camp!! I love this w/o!!!! I ordered 2 more risers for my high step, so now I can try it on the higher step height (can already feel my butt and thighs talking back to me!)

I think I'm going to be ambitious tomorrow and run in the morning and then do a leg w/o in the afternoon/evening - either L&G or PLB. I'm seriously considering ordering Gym Style Legs, but I'm still not sure - I hear good things about it, but I've already spent so much Cathe $$$ recently. Do any of you have this w/o, and if you do, what do you think of it as compared to the other lower body videos??
