So how are we doing ladies?? I am done! Anybody else survive yet?
I only have the Fittv version of Bootcamp but I got thru all of it w/ no modifications, and then I did Intervals 1-3-5-7 from LowMax to make up for it.
I had to wring out my tank when I was done!:eek:

I'm beat. My son was up w/ an earache last night. So I've been up since 4am.
Let me know how you all make out!:)

Just finished BC!!! I love this w/o, but my absolute favorite words are "last _____(set, cycle, exercise, etc.)" :D

I tried posting last night, but my posts never went through :( Anyway, I did L&G yesterday and don't feel that sore (maybe I need to up the weights) Thanks to your earlier posts, Marie, I just might have to go ahead and get GSL (shame on you! ;) )

Since we're all fresh and sweaty from BC, I'm curious: how many of you have HSC and/or HSTA? How are they similar/different? How do they compare to BC? I'm trying to get away from regular step cardio and focus on running, kickboxing, and circuits & was just wondering what the rest of you thought of these 2 workouts???

Thanks!!! Right now I'm trying to schedule next week's workouts and play with my rotation - I could spend hours on this!!! }(

I did NOT do this yet, woe is me. We are rewiring my office and they are still not done up there, ugh. I am tempted to just bounce around the guys who are working, but I'm afraid of hurting someone, lol.

Cleo, there are some posts over on the DVD/Video board about those workouts - I am considering getting both, too. (I am a Cathe glutton, this I will admit.)

I'm not too sorry about GSL, I say we all be Cathe-poor together! }(

Hopefully I will be posting a BC success story later.

ETA - I like the idea of doing the same workouts as a group, should we try to do a group rotation (same type of workout if not the same workout or something)??
 
Well, Marie, I went ahead and took the plunge - just ordered L&G AND HSTA :9 After checking out the other threads, I decided that HSTA would be the better buy than HSC (but that's just my opinion - you ahead and order both & I'll live vicariously through you and your HSC w/o's!)

I, too, like the fact that we're all doing BC together on the same day, but at this point I have no idea what my rotation will morph into. Part of me says, "stick with your original rotation," and another voice says, "try out all the new w/os you're getting and play with the ones you haven't done in awhile!" Ah . . .choices, choices . . .

I'm really liking PUB right now and am debating whether to go ahead and return to PLB, stick w/ L&G, or tear into my incoming GSL. What's you current rotation looking like???

Thought I could do BC and modify some, but there would be alot of modifying. My foot is doing better, but it is not ready to go airborne. I didn't think it through. I did C&W step only instead. But gosh I miss that workout!

HSC came w/ my High Step Cleo. I liked it but I don't think it would have been one of my choices. I'll definatley do it tho I like the circuits.
I can relate tho. So many wo's so little time!;-)

I'm going to be doing a lot of cardio, interval cardio next week.
And I'm definatley doing L&G's at least once a week. That's one of my goals for July.

We can compare rotations & maybe pick a wo to do together like we did BC today, if you all want. It doesn't matter to me. I'm game for anything.

Leslie & I committed to do Bootcamp tomorrow since I have the tape and she will be home for the weekend, plus I did legs yesterday & they need a break before BC! Did some of the intervals from Hardcore Ex & a StretchMax session. Stay cool!
 
Hi Ladies,

Hope you don't mind if I chime in here. I did A-Jocks Somebody Stop Me mish mosh that has blasts from Imax 3, cardio only from bootcamp, and the kickmax challenge. All this cardio with leg work in between the blasts and cardio sections. It's a great way to get in lower body work and cario in the same workout.

Also, I prefer HSTA over HSC. Not really sure why, just a preference I guess.

Glad to hear we were all sweatin' through this one together!

I think I jinxed myself. all day yesterday I was pepping myself up for BC and then this morning I roll out of bed, say good bye to my SO who drove back to stl and as I sit down for breakfast I get a call from my internship asking me to come in for a few hours and then I had to work 8 hours at my part time job and I just got home. no BC today for me. But that is what I will be doing tomorrow morning. Knowing that all of you succeeded is very inspiring.

Kali, I'm so jealous you are learning guitar! I always wanted to play when I was younger but I don't have the ear for music. Do you play any other instruments?
Cleo, let us know how you like HSTA. I'm also considering that for my next purchase.
