okay, I have seen great improvements in the toning of my lower body the past couple of yrs. I run,teach a bootcamp class 2x week where we do lunges,squats, leg press,many ex for the butt and saddlebag area but I still have a rippling look ,more mild than it had been but I cant believe it is still there. I dont really diet and I know that has alot to do with it but I didnt know if anyone had this problem and maybe had certain exercises that helped zoom in on this area. I have even done the dreaded fire walkers in class. I alternate which ex's I do for the butt/legs to change it up. I dont have the big saddlebags like I use to but I still tend to have that extra pocket of fat right at the side of my butt that is my stubborn area that I cant seem to get the fat to burn off of. any advice would be appreciated. thanks!
