I cancelled all but STS Meso #1 - and felt good about it. I just couldn't justify purchasing the full set. I had never planned on doing STS as is. I don't want to lift so heavy anymore. It makes me hungry and too bulky for my taste. I don't want to purchase heavier dumbbells - my heaviest is 20 lbs. AND I have a gym membership. And when I really do want to lift heavier, I'll use more Gym Styles and Slow and Heavy and heavy up at the gym and I'll wait for STS gym. My motivation to de-bulk was due to the fact that most if not all my size 24 Paige and Denim of Virtue jeans were too snug to wear comfortably. I've slimmed down enough over the past month or so and can now wear my favorite jeans!
Cathe and me are on a break. And right now, I'm enjoying Jari, Margaret Richard, Barre workouts, T-Tapp, Dove, other circuits and Cardio Coach. Also I just purchased P90X+. I'm enjoying myself!!!
