STS question

I started STS this week. I figured my one rep max Sunday and began on Monday. When I figured my one rep max I wasn't lifting as fast as the DVD's. So when I started the DVD I couldn't keep up, so I lowered my weight. I feel like I can increase it though. I want to know if it's OK to do week one over again? Or should I just continue? I felt like this week was "demo" week, finding my way through it.

I'd just continue - you've probably noticed that week one is the lightest week, and the weights increase until by week 4, you're lifting 70% 1RM. Meso #1 is more about endurance than heavy lifting..
