Good morning/afternoon (depending on what coast you live on!)
Ok, I'm getting worried about our check-in, if I am the first person to post.
Today was disc 10, and it was a killer, this was the first disc where my listed weights were too heavy for about 5 of the exercises. At the end, Cathe says congrats on finishing Meso1, must have been an oversight, but I did have to double check that I did the right disc today.
I did stability ball abs too, that's just humorous, I can't do pikes at all, and thank goodness no one was around to see me wobbling and falling off the ball all over the place!
I lost a pound this week too, which was very exciting for me, at least the scale budged. I'll take my 1 month measurements next Sunday and post my meso1 results then.
