Hi Everyone!
Just wanted to add my 2 cents on this subject since I am a P90X grad.
I'm really feeling it during my first rotation in cycle 1. Believe me this is a good kind of hurt. STS is hitting the muscle groups in a totally new way than P90X.
This is what I was looking for. You need to work the muscles in different ways to stimulate growth. I am sore, but I am loving it. One, more thing; I think Cathe is one hellva trainer! She is working along with you during the whole workouts! She is one bad ass lady! Take that Tony Horton!
