STS 2.0 Back/Biceps

Today I did STS 2.0 Back and Biceps, Mishmosh 1. I really enjoyed this workout and worked up a serious sweat. I am
glad I purchased the Dip Bars. I prefer using the Dip Bars and they are perfect for inverted rows. I still was able to use my Turbo Tower for banded pull downs. I'm really enjoying STS 2.0. Thanks Cathe.
 
...I surprised myself by how much I liked the Parts phase - I thought it'd be my least favorite of STS2.0 but it's not - I especially love Back & Shoulders! :)
I thought the same - I really enjoy the parts and like you, especially back and shoulders - these are my favorites.
