This is a heavyweight strength training workout that targets your quads, glutes, thighs, and hamstrings with controlled, focused exercises. While Cathe uses weights ranging from 15–30 lbs, everything is easily modifiable. Choose lighter or heavier weights, take extra breaks, or move at your own pace—this workout meets you exactly where you are.
You don’t need to be an athlete.
You don’t need to be in peak condition.
You just need to show up and move—your way.
We also include a few lighter, mat-based exercises at the end of the routine to round out your lower body work and help you feel strong, steady, and accomplished.
