Strength in Numbers

Cheryl I am still recovering from that game. It was so exciting, but such a bummer to lose like that after that come back. Yesterday When I got up I said I felt like a truck had run over me so I can’t imagine how the players were feeling. That was the craziest game I’ve ever seen. Great job on your dragon boat practice and yoga workout. I hope that your leg is feeling better soon.

Yesterday was my rest day and I needed it after that late hockey game Saturday night. I did a little work in the house, but it was a mostly lazy day. This morning was Hard Strikes. I wasn’t ready for the su/pu combo when she started it, so I skipped the first round. Have a great day!

Cheryl Great job on BPYF, dragon boat practice, and your yoga workout! Oh poor Zoey, I hope she is doing better. I hope your leg is feeling better.

We didn't get as much rain as they said this weekend but it was super humid out so no outside time. Friday I did my lower body weights and then I had to take my car to get an oil change. Saturday was my mobility day and then cleaning. Sunday was my upper body weights and this morning I slept in which was nice. I wasn't getting the best sleep over the weekend for some reason.

Julie Glad that you didn't get much rain but humidity isn't fun either. Great job on your Lower Body workout, or mobility work and your upper body workout.

My leg is feeling better, not as sore as it was. This morning I did LM&R Functional Upper Body. Now I need to the dentist for a cleaning and then I need to get some things done around here.
