Has anyone purchased this AOS workbook? What is it like? Is it worth the money?

How much equipment do you need?

I purchased it, and was disappointed. It's pages and pages of the same workout. The idea is to track how many reps you can do in a given amount of time with a certain weight with a given amount of rest between, with the goal being to get more done, with more weight, in less time as you go through the program. I did it for about 3 weeks, got totally bored, and haven't touched it since.

And, if you order the downloadable version you just print it out on your computer.
 
Thanks for the description, Jansherman, it does sound disappointing. I may save my $$$ after all.
