Cathlete
Hi Cathe,
I am interested in slimming down but not sacrifice the hard-earned muscle I have obtained from GS series and Slow and heavy. Can you suggest what I could do weekly to keep the muscle and lose any fat? I own most of your step dvds along with Kickbox and Kickmax. But I also run.
A little background....
The strength/endurance dvd's I own are:
GS Hardcore, Slow & Heavy, Pure Strength, Push/Pull, Supersets, Muscle Endurance, Power Hour, Muscle Max, High step challenge, Terminators, Body Max and CTX series
I eat 6'x a day which include: Lean meat and complex carbs (fibrous and starchy - Protein and carb combination; I am trying to up my fat intake. I lack a bit there. I do have one cheat day a week.
I am 44 and trying to lose some body fat but I am happy about the muscle.
A routine that incorporates both the strength and endurance would be great.
Thank you.
