Stability Ball Workouts?

Does anyone here do them? Does Cathe have one that is all stability ball? Do you like them?

I bought Gunner Petersons and wasn't that impressed, I thought it was really easy and he didn't do enough reps. I didn't feel challenged. It was a waste of money. I would like to try one that is a strength workout just on the ball. How about you?

I don't believe there is a total body stability ball workout. The 2nd segment of Core Max and the Gym Style Legs floorwork use the stability ball in unique ways. For upper body, you can do a lot of the sitting exercises on the ball instead of the step.

I actually use a lot of the Core Secrets abs and lower body exercises in my Pilates on the Ball classes, BUT my secret is to slow it WAY down. He does the reps WAY too fast. Unfortunately, there is no one "best" workout - you can put together your own using books, DVD's, and magazine articles. Shape and Fitness magazines are my best sources.

If you go to Videofitness Forum main discussion group, and do a "Balace ball" or "stability ball" search, you'll find a ton of suggestions for strength and total body workouts on the ball.
