Stability Ball Exercises

I just recently got your kick, punch and crunch video and in that video you use a stability ball. I am having an awful lot of trouble balancing myself on the ball to do plank work.

Do you have any suggestions?
 
Hi, i'm not Cathe but I do know what you mean. The stability ball really incorporates all those little stability muscles that we are not used to using. Just make sure to keep your core tight and the balance will come with time. At least that was my experience. :)

I think that if you place more of your shins on the ball while doing plank it will make it slightly easier and as you get more used to doing the moves and your core gets stronger, then you can go to the feet only on the ball. The more of your body on the ball, the easier it is.
