Well, as you can see from my previous posts, I didn't get very far into the workout. Nonetheless, I will just say that if you're going to work your smaller muscle groups with little or no weight, you're going to have to move very fast. Faster than Cathe's endurance workouts with weights. As someone who keeps her cardio and her strength training very separate and likes it that way, I didn't enjoy this.
Of course, I doubt the same is true for the core and lower body portions of the workout, as the larger muscle groups don't need as much weight to be effective. Eventually, I intend to try the rest of the workout, and I'm sure that the parts I didn't get to will be slower and more enjoyable than that first portion I disliked.
