Smart Monkey?

Has anyone hear of Smart Monkey foods? They make raw, vegan bars (soy free) that look good but it looks like you have to buy a lot at a time on their website. I'm interested, but don't want to buy 15 icky bars at a time ya know?

I haven't tried them, but they sound good.

Too bad they don't have a sampler, so you could at least get 15 bars that are 3 each of the 5 types.


I checked to see if Vegan Essentials or Pangea or Food Fight (the online vegan food stores I visit most)carry them, and they don't, but while I was looking, I found this article:

Hi!

I'm a manager at an organic/health food store called Roots Market in Clarksville, MD. We sell Smart Monkey bars and I love them! I usually eat the the sesame ones or the carob brownie ones. They are raw and vegan and I really feel good about them. We sell them individually or by the case. Do you have a health food store near you? Maybe they could start carrying this line?

Thanks Doria and Kathryn! I actually broke down and tried to order some but they don't ship to APO addresses!!! Now I'm disappointed! There are German Health Food stores here but I haven't found a raw, vegan bar yet. I'll keep trying to see if I can find them elsewhere.
