i just received this video lastnight and did it this morning.wow my arms felt so tight when i was done. you can definately feel the work that your arms are getting in this video. i can tell already this will be one of my favorites right along with upper body pyramid. i ordered CTX upper body and was sad to see it was out of stock. bummer. oh well. i will try shldrs and legs tomorrow. thanks cathe for another great workout.

I know what you mean. I love the entire Slow and Heavy Series, but I think Biceps and Triceps is my favorite. I always have excellent results with these workouts.

so did you get great results? i am looking to get more definition in my arms, mostly the shldrs, i am hoping for. my shldr seem to be slow, whereas my bi's and tri's are doing pretty good with shaping.

Well, Laura I cannot speak to true S&H results cause I had minor surgery two weeks ago and just got back to exercising. The few times I did S&H prior to the surgery I felt like I would get some pretty good results. Esp if I cleaned up my DIET-lol!!!!

Now I'm doing a P90X rotation- just started and I think I will definately add in S&H legs. Maybe even rotate the others in too-we'll see.

I really love the S&H series, and Biceps/Triceps is my favorite of the 3. They're all great! And I began to see results after just the first full week. I spent 4 weeks on an S&H rotation before switching to a diff strength series (PS, or Gym Styles). I'd like to try S&H for a longer rotation, but honestly it's so intense on the concentration with each movement, that I think I'd get burned out if I went longer. And I definitely don't want to spoil it by getting any type of "dread factor" started with this series. So, 4wks is enough for me. hehe

did you do each body part 2x week with slow and heavy? i will probably only do the upper body series since i dont want to bulk up my legs. i need to slim down my lower body but am looking for more definition and cut in my arms.
