Size DOES matter!

I have been using a 7 inch step for 13 years. I've been too cheap to go out and buy a step that extends to 8 inches because the 7 inch is in perfectly good shape.

DH added a makeshift extension of about an inch to my step this weekend. What a difference an inch makes. IMAX was getting too easy. An inch reminded me of what it was like the first time I did this workout.

LOL!!! Candi, I have to confess that when I read the topic and then saw the words 7 inches, step height was not the first thing that I though of!

LOL i love the title. i would love a club step but i am stuck with a a studio step. the living room is not so big in this apartment for it. i know what you mean though,if it still works why get a new one?
