Simple total upper body workout?

Am I overlooking something? Does Cathe have what I'm looking for? Husband would like an upper body workout that covers everything in about 45 minutes, due to am time constraints. I've been busy with GS chest/triceps and GS biceps but they're too long for him. I don't have the time issue he has. Suggestions? TIA.
 
Musle Max has a great upper body premix that is 42 minutes long.
I do this one all the time, and it's pretty comprehensive.
 
My husband LOVES the Muscle Max Upper Body premix! It's his favorite. I think Push Pull has an upper body premix that is 50 minutes long (2 sets of each upper body exercise).
 
Thank you. I have MM already so we'll check out the premix. and if he's not happy with that, I'll take a look at PUB and PP.
