I'm going to finally get the mini topper after using a high step stool for years. I love HSTA and HSC. I also love some of cathe's intermediate workouts, especially LIS. I purchased the tubing to use with the add ons on the Body Fusion DVD(for variety). I know it is used in High Step Circuit as well. Is this workout as intense as LIS?
I really need some moderate workouts for recovery weeks and lighter days. What do you all think?
