Shiney lotion for skin, cleavage, etc.

Anybody use a special lotion or cream that makes your skin have that silky shiney look? Not necessarily glittery though. I've noticed alot of stars wear it on their legs or even on their cleavage. Anybody know what I'm talking about? I'll probably go to Sephora, but they have so much stuff thought maybe somebody could point me in the right direction.

I use Nivea body Silky Shimmer Lotion. There are two "shades" -- one for light to medium skin, and one for medium to darker skin. It works great!
