Are you definitely set on putting all cardio segments in one DVD and all the weight segments in another?
I recently bought a one-disc DVD player and it seems to me it takes quite a bit of time for the DVD player to "read the disc" Meaning: I will spend at least 3-5 minutes between my cardio portion of the workout and the weight portion of the w/o just setting up the player: taking out Disc. 1; putting Disc. 2 in; having the player "read" the disk; programming the player to play the section chosen; more "reading" of the disc....etc. Believe me, it takes time.
I am wondering whether I will ever get to experience one of those workouts the way it was really intended...with no dead-time between segments...
Have you consider putting the first 3 workouts in one DVD and the next 3 workouts in another? That way, those who have a multi-disc player can still mix& match workouts without a problem and those of us, with one-disc players can also do it (within each disc) without much hassle either.
I am very interested to read your comments on this issue.
