I am finally making a serious commitment to incorporating more yoga into my routine. I have actually owned this set for several years, but got rather bored rather quickly each time I tried to do it. It seems like it has been taking me longer and longer to recover after my Cathe workouts, and I keep reading about yoga's restorative qualities, so I'm back at it, and with a positive mindset that I am going to enjoy the experience as a supplement to Cathe, and not on a par with Cathe, and have enjoyed the last few weeks and have found that my recovery time doesn't seem as bad as before. I enjoy the fact the DVD's are 20-25 minutes in length, which is where the boredom factor starts to set in, and I enjoy Sara's style...not into "yogaspeak", she presents it from an athletic point of view, which I appreciate. Highly recommend this set for anyone who wants to add a little yoga into your routine.
