Hey, I was jogging today, doing my normal 4 mile jog, when I was about 2/3 of the way through I just didn't have the energy to finish so I walked. I had a breakfast before with my high fiber cereal and I drank some sips of water beforehand as well, but other than the temperature which was about 80 degrees I can't think of why I turned into a slug. Strange!
I felt sort of like I couldn't get into a good groove and I felt more breathless than usual. Anyone have this experience? I guess I will chalk it up as my body telling me I needed to rest, and then I will try again tomorrow.
