Rotation for Beg/Inter videos

Are there any rotations for the Beg/Inter videos of Cathe's? I have the Beg/Inter High step and the basic step+ Body fusion. I am trying to complete these first before going on to the Intensity series I recently purchased. Also, is there a rotation for the Intensity Series?

i didn't read it all so i am not sure if high step circuit is on there but i am sure you can place somewhere in the rotation. since its a circuit workout you can alternate it with body fusion.
