Really weird (Seen one of the road trippers in People)

I went into the rest room at work today and seen a People magazine I wanted to look in. While I was thumbing through it (at my desk) ;-) I seen this girl that looked like someone at the road trip. Well, it is. It was Darla Atlas (veronica1). The beautiful gal with the pretty red curly hair. It was just too weird. It was the Oct 11, 2004 issue. She wrote the article and experienced a zero gravity flight.

It was just weird and I wanted to share.

It is a small world!

Yes Beverly, Darla writes for the Dallas Morning News and People magazine. I'm so envious! She has the job I've always dreamed of. I was really happy to meet her at the road trip and know that she will be writing an article about the event. I'm just waiting for it to come out on the newsstands. I think she said it would be out in August sometime...

Honeybunch... is that YOU? Haven't heard you in the forum for a LONG LONG time (I know you don't remember me... I'm mostly a lurker). I thought about you and the other Catheites the other day (Donna, Mogambo, Marlene... to name a few).

Wow! I knew she wrote for DMN but I didn't realize she wrote for People also. Darla was very sweet and easy to talk to. I can't wait to read her story about the trip. Also, if you're reading this, Darla, I loved your family picture in the Who's Who book. You have the most adorable family!!
