Question on the free download(s)

Ok, so, I am excited that they will be in OnDemand & workout blender, fully chaptered. Thank you so much. But, since I also ordered dvds & will be eligible to receive download as well, will the actual workout that we download have the chapter points in it, or will it be just a straight download? hope that makes sense…

Anyone that has gotten downloads with previous releases, do you have chapters in what you download?
 
The chapters show up on my computer but I cannot use them on the playback. I can fastward through parts,

but not skip a chapter If I want to work, I can use the chapters to make premixes. I have only made the simplest of premixes. Does that help?
 
Check your e-mails, we got another one - with pics! There's evidently an ab/core section on the Total Body Metabolic Strength workout (first free download for those that ordered LMR2. The picture shows weighted crunches. I'm sooooo excited. I'm not sure if I can do a metabolic strength workout yet, but I LOVE weighted ab/core work! I don't know why, but give me a medicine ball or a dumbbell for my core work and it just makes it more fun, even when it's challenging. So excited! Yeah! I'm doing the happy dance! lol
