Hi Cathe,
I'm a huge fan and have raved about you to anyone and everyone who'll listen since I discovered you in December. And I can't wait for the new series to come out so I can rave even more! (I'm sure some will think I'm ranting, but who cares about them
)
Here's my question: Would it be possible for you to mention the weight amounts you're using during the strength segments in the Hardcore Series? I like to guage the amounts I use based on what you're lifting. I've noticed in the PS series that you'll mention the weights you're using at times. Other times I try to see the amounts that are on the barbell or the free weights and guesstimate. It'd be great if you could help me out. Then too, I can aspire to lift the same amount as you on all the exercises-one day!!
