Power Hour Rocks!
I really mean that too! I like the music, but most of all I like the all weight format -- even the warmup is weighted!
I feel as though the Slow and Heavy and Power Hour are breaking another plateau for me! Move over, Firm, you've lost your edge -- I never thought I'd say that, but Super Sculpt and Boot Camp were just too, too easy for me. Cathe has taken weight training to new heights!
And as for Rhythmic Step -- I love, love, love it.
Love the music, love the choreography, love the cast......just love it! Of course, I love dancy choreography!
