I don't have a workout that uses them yet, but I'll get one. I know I will. So my question is - what's the difference between them and the thing I have - it's similar, but it's round stretchy tubing with handles on the ends. Will it give the same results?I 've never actually used it - it's just sitting in my closet, waiting for me to buy a new Cathe routine.
