I have been on a CTX kick for awhile, but I got a little bored so I did Pyramid upper the other day. I was loving it, thinking "this is so easy" . When Cathe starts out with 3 lb dumbbells for shoulders I was feeling like Wonder Woman and thinking "I'll just start with fives." Yeah right.
Oh Man, am I feeling it today. My lats are killing me, and I feel like I've been beaten. I went to play golf and I felt every swing. I am loving those pyramids! It really hit the muscles in a different way.
