This workout was fun...such a nice change. I started a 6 then 6.5, 7, 7.5 and did my sprint a 9. Forgot the 45 sec walk in between (could have used that). Anyway I will definately do this one again.
OK, I did this Pyramid Up this morning, also using those numbers, with my sprints at 9.0 and 9.1 and logged 3.8 miles. Worked up a good sweat too! I'm keeping this posted on Eddie's Console (that's my TM's name,
