PS and S&H legs sections hurt my knees

I've been using PS (6wks) and S&H (3wks) and my knees hurt from doing lower body works. I made sure my forms were correct. Any suggestion please? I have stoped doing lower body 2 weeks ago. How long should I wait before resuming the lower body workout?

Another questions: how can I strengthen my knees?

I'm sure not Cathe,and I'm sure no expert, but I had the same problem. My knees stopped hurting when I started doing quad lifts -- sitting on a chair, with weights on your ankles, lift each leg straight out, tensing the quads, and then down, doing 12 reps on each side, 2 sets. Also, standing and bending each leg backwards at the knee up and then down to strengthen the hamstrings also helped me, but I found after a while the quad moves really cured my "kneeaches."

I've started doing leg curls and leg extension. Hopefully my knees will be better soon. Does anyone know how long I should wait before going back to the leg exercises again?
