Man, Low Impact HiiT from Xtrain was harder than I thought and I didnt even do the last 5 minutes using the discs!! Maybe I was just tired or it could really be that tough, either way, got a good workout. Followed that with 100 RC Tricep Extensions, used 8 lb dumbells for the first 50 reps, then 5's for the final 50 (taking many pauses).
