I've seen the book at Barnes & Noble - not sure what it is beyond ball exercises and some aerobic workout suggestions....

Hi GF,
So glad to see you on line. I took a look at your pictures today as well. You had muscle definition before, but wow...your arms and shoulders are amazing. Gonna have to get with you and see what kind of rotation and weights you used.
Hope you continue to feel better. We have things to do and people to see and a brand new grandbaby to hold, right? :9 (((HUGS)))

I don't know anything about ProBodX, but your pictures do look great! I'm sorry you are sick right now.

Your pics just make me feel like I know you better. Your purple Swiss ball is so pretty! Gotta love that dead lift form!!

I see you are barefoot- sometimes I lift barefoot too. I think it helps improve muscle control.
