problems with nutrition software

Hi, yesterday I purchased the nutrition for 9.99, I had no problems yesterday using the software. Today when I went to log in I recieved this message when clicking on my nutriton. And if I used the nutriton link on the tool bar it said I have to first purchase the package. Please help. Also if I log out it says there is a problem with logging out.

I am having problems with the nutrition software too. I purchased the nutrition software on Monday and it was working fine until today. Now today when I try to enter it tells me I have to purchase it first. I tried logging in several times and even restarted my computer but nothing works. This is very frustrating.
 
I am also having the same problem. Do you think they will refund our money or let us have a free trial period until the problem is fixed?

NEW Problem and this one really concerns me. I am logged in as me and I selected “my nutrition.” I am not seeing my data but apparently I am seeing someone else’s data. If I had wanted I could have changed all their settings. I have put a few hours into entering my meal plans and custom foods and I hope they don't get lost or changed.
 
Me too! I used it fine this morning, before 7am, now it is telling me I have to purchase, which I already did.

Your problem is reated to the WM login problem that is a confirmed bug. We're currently working on a solution. Your best solution is to first log out in the "Forums", not the WM. Then close your browser and open a new browser. Then log in using the forums login and then go to the WM. Let me know if this helps.
 
Still not working...

I tried logging into the forum instead of WM after opening a new browser and no such luck. I don't really want to pay for something I can't use, even though it's only 10 bucks.

I had trouble logging in to the nutrition software, ended up re-purchasing (worrying that I hadn't done it right in the first place) and had one blissful day with the software working properly. Yesterday I was still able to log in but it started acting up (lost my info, had someone else's info, then my info came back). Then today I'm back to being unable to log in. :( I'm glad they are working on it, but I loved it so much for that one day that I look forward to using it again!

This is caused by the login bug that nearly everyone is seeing. Our programmers have now identified the problem and are working on a solution. You can still access the Nutrition Software, but you need to do some things first.

#1 Close all browsers
#2 Open a new browser.
#3 Go to the Workout Manager Page
#2 Log out of WM and click on the Forums tab at the top of the WM page.
#3 Now log in to the forums
#4 At the top of the Forums header click on the Workout Manager tab and you will be returned to the Workout Manager where you should now be logged in.
#5 Try clicking on the Nutrition link in the tools menu. Your software should launch now.
#6 The trick is to only use the Forums login until this login bug issue is fixed.
#7 If these steps don’t work please clear cookies from your browser and try again

Thanks for these directions, but I still can't log in (and I'm usually pretty good at web stuff). I will just wait patiently for the bug to be fixed.
 
Nope, this doesn't work:(

I followed every one of your detailed instructions and it still does not allow me to access the nutrition site. It still says I need to pay for it which I did on Tuesday, 7/22.

The calendar is also not working either. It shows that I have done workouts this week but when I click to mark today's as completed it says that no workouts are scheduled.

I appreciate all the hard work that has gone into developing the new site and I am sure that it will eventually be a fantastic tool. In the meantime, I would like some reassurance that the subscription I paid for will not be counted as "activated" until the bugs are worked out and it can be used consistently. I think several people have stated this concern and you have yet to address this particular issue.

I'm assuming my challenges are related to this bug. I just purchased the nutrition package today ($9.99). It said my card was denied twice, but when I checked with my bank, my card was charged once. But I never got any emails, and when I go to log in, it says that I have to purchase a plan.

I just want to make sure that this is a related bug. I am in the software industry and understand how Beta's work. I'll be patient - I just would like my one month membership to start from the date I can actually use the software and not from when I purchased it. Thank you!
 
I followed the steps above, but it is still saying I have to make a purchase first. I already made the purchase.

I did everything exactly, includig clearing all cookies:(

Oh well, it was nice for the little while I was able to use it.

Will I have to purchase this again after it's been fixed? Did my info. get lost?

I have been able to access the Nutrition Software all day today. The only way though is every time I exit I log out of everything, even the Nutrition side.

When I want to use the NS I have this paged bookmarked:

http://www.thecathenation.com/workout/user/workout_manager.php

Log into WM and select "My Nutrition" enter my stuff and then go to the forums. If ever I try to go to the forums first I either get someone else’s information or am asked to purchase the software when I go back to NS.

I'm in now, but I'm seeing this too. I was confused and changed some stats, but then I realized I should not be doing that, and changed everything back (fortunately, I remembered what was put in originally).

Should I see a blank screen with no one's stats when I first log in? I will wait to do anything until I see that, unless I hear otherwise.
 
I tried this and still can't get in I haven't been able to get in since Monday. It still tells me to purchase a package:(
