I recently discovered Cathe and I am hooked!!!! Her DVD's are my crack!! Anyway I am probably going to purchase High Step Challenge but I wanted a better discription of the premixes. It just says Timesaver #1-51 minutes and timesaver #2-32 minutes. Is one lower and upperbody only and the other cardio only. I was curious. Sometimes I have an achy knee but I would like to be able to do all the lower and upper body work without the cardio. Thanks!!!
