Premixes for High Step Challenge

Hi,

I recently discovered Cathe and I am hooked!!!! Her DVD's are my crack!! Anyway I am probably going to purchase High Step Challenge but I wanted a better discription of the premixes. It just says Timesaver #1-51 minutes and timesaver #2-32 minutes. Is one lower and upperbody only and the other cardio only. I was curious. Sometimes I have an achy knee but I would like to be able to do all the lower and upper body work without the cardio. Thanks!!!:)
 
Hi, I just did the timesaver #1-51 minutes tonight and it is a mix of upper and lower body and abs at the end. I am not sure about the 32 min. timesaver as I have not done that one yet. The 51 min. timesaver has the cardio portions as well. Hope that helps some!
