Hi there! Wondering if any of you have the new contact info for Powerstrike? I heard they were getting new customer service.
I am still waiting on my replacements to both Powerstrike 2 & 3 that I ordered. The quality was so bad they are sending me replacements. The sad thing is they seemed as though they knew they were sending out bad quality tapes.
Also, I am still waiting on Powerstrike 3 DVD. They sent me the Powerstrike 3 VHS but it is so bad I couldn't even bear to do the whole workout due to the terrible quality!
The only contact I have are info@powerstrike and patricia@powerstrike. Does anyone know if there is a better e-mail address? Or do you get better response if you call?
