powerstrike/bodystrike

Do any of you have these workouts by Ilaria? I was thinking of getting them but wanted to here how you all like it.

I have both workouts and enjoy them. I would classify them as intermediate when compared to Cathe workouts. They are efficient in the way that they are fun to do and I seem to sweat a lot. I reach for those when I am not very high on energy and know that the hour/45 minutes will go by fast and I won't be exhausted after.
I do like Ilaria as an instructor (and I am very picky).
Hope it helps.

I have Bodystrikes and had Powerstrike but sold it.

I like Bodystrikes. It's a nice combo of cardio and body weight training for the L/B.

I was not a fan of Powerstrike. I just didn't click with her choreography but it's a very popular work out so you may not want to listen to me. :p

I find her style old school in bodystrikes. She teaches a move, adds it to the routine and takes it from the top, adds the next move and takes it from the top. I used to do that quite happily some years ago, but newer styles that don't repeat have spoilt me. She also uses insipid music in my opinion. Her form is impeccable and inspiring and the moves feel graceful and powerful. I don't regret getting body strikes. Her intensity is lower than cathe's in my opinion too, but if you do the moves with full range of motion, the gap is not too wide.

I only have Powerstrike but agree with Sandra that the workout feels more intermediate and usually reach for it on days I want to take it easy. I have the older Powerstrikes (millennium 1&2) and feel I get a better workout with #1. Ilaria has impeccable form and I like her as an instructor but wish she would put out a more advanced workout because I know she could really kick our butts if she did.
