I find her style old school in bodystrikes. She teaches a move, adds it to the routine and takes it from the top, adds the next move and takes it from the top. I used to do that quite happily some years ago, but newer styles that don't repeat have spoilt me. She also uses insipid music in my opinion. Her form is impeccable and inspiring and the moves feel graceful and powerful. I don't regret getting body strikes. Her intensity is lower than cathe's in my opinion too, but if you do the moves with full range of motion, the gap is not too wide.
