I have read various posts regarding the Power 90x workouts, and most have said that in doing the program, they have subbed Cathe leg workouts for the Power 90x legs routine. I was curious if anyone has had any success with just following the Power 90x program to the letter, as far as the legs and booty go. I love the workouts, but just wanted to know if I doing the legs workout is a waste of time. Thanks, Alicia
 
I used only P90x legs when I did the classic rotation. I followed the rotation pretty much as written, only substituting different yoga here and there. My legs looked great after the rotation. Even DH noticed! LOL! I think that the Plyo workout works out the legs great as well as the Kenpo and yoga workouts. I know alot of people added in extra weighted leg work or used Cathe's leg work instead, but for me, the rotation as written worked fantastic.
 
I am currently on this rotation and I have seen VAST improvements, vs. just Cathe. The leg rotation is good, because this whole program also includes PlyoX which is all about the lower body (excellent workout, form). Plus, for the ladies that do not want to bulk up, with the added weight from Cathe, this workout is just for you. Plus the leg routine also goes between the back. Tony's back exercises are EXCELLENT. I have received more definition and lost back fat, from this program.

This is a total body workout program, planned for you not to plauteau. If you follow it, you will see RESULTS.

I'm on my third week of a first time P90x rotation. I have to say I really like the leg workout. Combined with the plyo, plus any other cardio I am doing (kickbox, running) I feel like I am getting good results.

I really enjoy doing P90X Legs because it's a nice break from traditional weighted squats and lunges. Being a pear, it also slims down my legs nicely because, like others have mentioned, my lower body bulks up with weights. I find that all the P90X cardio workouts, even Cardio X works my legs hard. I usually get DOMS from them! It's an awesome system!
 
You should order!!! This is a FULL and COMPLETE workout program, and you will get results. Someone on eBay is always selling the full program.
