Post-partum Rotation

Hi Cathe - as a present for making it through my pregnancy, I got the Slow & Heavy Series, Pure Strength, and the intensity series. I already had all your videos prior to these new ones, including Cross-train Express.

Since I had Isabella in October, I've been on the hit and miss rotation (an average of two workouts a week!). I'm ready to get serious now that I've received the Intensity series -I viewed them this weekend and I'm so motivated!!

I was wondering what type of rotation you would recommend for me to get back to pre-pregnancy form. I know you have a new forum for rotations, but I didn't see anything related to post-partum there. That is why I'm here! I just wonder which series would be best to start with, and what to move on to, and so on. I've not been able to do any of the SLow & Heavy or the Intensity series yet, so I don't really know the routines to be able to judge for myself.

I would love some direction here, I feel like I'm starting from scratch.

Thanks!

PS - I love the new DVD's. You seemed to have a great time with the crew making these, and it shows. You are all very inspirational!!

Tricia,

I'm in the same boat as you, except my baby was born in June. I just received the Intensity series on DVD and I have tried the PUB Pyramid up premix, the PLB pyramid up premix and the IMAX2 first 5 intervals (but just watched interval #5). All three of these workouts seemed great for someone getting back into it. I haven't tried the rest of the series yet but I think I'm going to use the 3 workouts that I've tried so far as my core re-starter rotation and try some of the other premix options for my other days.
