Plyo or interval suggestions?

I am looking for some really tough plyo or intervals that I can do. Right now I just mix and match sections from Cathe and Amy Bento (like the section from Kick Max with all the kicks and jumps, or or a few of the Blasts from the Imax DVD's, or the Power Up Section from Amy Bento's Advanced Step Challenge or the Knockout sections from her All Cardio Hi Lo Knockout). I like to add about 15 minutes of these type of things on to the end of my cardio for the day (sometimes treadmill or elliptical or a more steady state step workout). I just want some more variety then what I already have and will maybe burn a DVD if I can figure out how compiling a bunch of these from different workouts onto 1 disc. Since I do this as an add on and only for a short time I need them to be really really tough!

Any suggestions? I am trying to incorporate more HIIT into my life but need more variety than just doing 20-30 minutes on the treadmill.

Thanks!
Denise

What's hard for me might not be hard for you. But the ones that I've done recently that kick my butt are:

- STS Plyo legs - the ones in between the regular weighted legs
- Anything with Bootcamp. If I want a quick one I like the 4DS (30min w/warmup)
- Drill Max Cardio premix - you would have to pick the harder ones

I almost forgot - if you have P90X there is a Plyo workout on there.

You could probably do your own mix. Bunch of plyo jacks, tuck jumps, thrust squats, 1/2 turns, step jumps, football runs with burpees...

Box jumps, broad jumps and jump squats. You can combine the broad jumps with burpees. Do 2 burpees then 2 broad jumps and repeat. In fact you can probably combine all of them and do them as a sequence of exercises.

You can also jump rope and do that as an interval with another exercise.
