Hi Michelle and all to follow!

Chocolate milk isn't that bad!
LowMax is a blast isn't it? I love that workout.

I had about a cup of Extreme Peanut Brittle ice cream after dinner last night. x( I didn't go over my calories for the day so I'm not going to sweat it. I'm not going to do it again any time soon either, but I won't sweat it.
No salty junk tho. :7 So the whole day wasn't a wash.

Hope everyone has an awesome day!
Kali

Good morning!!!!! How is everyone doing this morning? I am feeling pretty good! Well, no, that is a lie. I am pretty sad. I just signed my kids up for school yesterday. My DD is now in 3rd grade and my DS is now in 1st. ;( ;( ;( ;( They are growing up too quickly! I can't stand it! After sign ups, we went to the library so that they could both have their own library card. ;( ;( ;( They are so grown up! ;( ;( ;( At least I still have one baby at home.....er, wild toddler actually. }( that is actually what he looks like!

On with the check in! Water is awesome, salt is awesome and sugar not so awesome. We went to DQ last night after we enrolled the kids as a celebration. For me, it was more like comfort! ;( ;( ;( I had half of DH cone. I didn't get my own. I shared half of it with my }( toddler, so I really didn't eat even a half of a cone. I had to get in on the kids happiness:D.

Eat well and be strong!

Missy

I just want to parrot Kali, chocolate milk is not evil! Milk does a body good. Did you use Hershy's syrup? I use Ovaltine when we have choco milk. It is a guilt free way loaded with vitamins to enjoy a delightful drink! :7

Missy

I did really good with my water! I set a goal of 80 ounces per day and surpassed it yesterday! YIPPEEE! Hopefully I can continue this...:)

Hello ladies,

yesterday was pretty good with my goals. Did great with sweets, did my third day of my routine, only could do 2 pushups on toes when tried yesterday.I want to do 10 by the end of the month! Well I am still working on the water, surprise! surprise! I may have drank 16oz yesterday. I think I will have to start off with a bit at a time and work my way up to it. Today I will try for 20oz. I want to achieve 64oz by the end of the month.

Good morning ladies!

Glad to see we're all doing well. I had no hankering for sweets last night, which was great for me! Usually after dinner I want to go straight for the cookies. I also managed to up my protein. Didn't do so well lowering the carbs though. My SO made bread yesterday (from scratch, not using a bread machine). Impossible to resist! I also did the workout from my Fat Loss rotation, which was Kickmax!

Stay strong!

I did some more closet clraning! Was really happy about getting rid of more stuff. Sweets were tempting but I resisted. I am on track with my rotation and seriously for those who are planning to do it someday, it really isn't all that hard. I mean it is tough but you can do it!

Kali-you will sweat the icecream OFF..:)
Shelley did you start a low carb diet or are you just cutting back on carbs.
Missy-I know it's hard to watch the kids grow up. My son is 24 and if it makes you feel any better I love that he is grown up now and doing very well with his life!
Wendy -great job on the water!

Hello and good job to everyone. We all are doing OUR best.

Teri

Terri - No, I haven't started a low carb diet, I'm just trying to get a bit more protein and bit less carbs. It's not as easy as it sounds though!

Mornin' all you goal-setters! :)

No Sweets - check (unless you count the protein bar I ate)
Fat Loss Rotation - check, I did LowMax this morning. I think my legs have gone on strike! ;)

I love fresh baked bread! When I make some (I am lazy, I use a bread machine!) the loaf is gone within 3 hours! Everyone loves it! You are right, you canNOT say no fresh baked bread!

Missy

Good morning ladies,

Hope all is well, so far I'm right on target:

1) 8/8 h20-- check

2) No late night visit to the fridge-- check

3) Eat 2 hrs b4 bed----check

4) Limit sweets:9 --- check (no sweets at all yesterday)

5) August Rotation----check-Completed Day 3

Okay all, keep up the good work and have a great day!

Katrina

I know how you feel Missy.
My youngest is off to kindergarten this year. She will have full days and Friday off.:-( And my oldest starts 3rd grade.
Enjoy your youngest. I think that's why we went and got the 2 St. Bernard puppies a few months ago; to keep me on my toes!!!!

And it was Nesquik powder; it too is now loaded with vitamins!:p You and Kali are right, I guess it's not so bad!

Michelle

Hello ladies!!! Well I did it!!! I had a healthy dinner with the in-laws last night and drank nothing but water! No wine, no beer! DH and FIL drank beer and it was tempting, but I stayed away and feel much better for it.
Rotation going well. I even added 100 walking lunges to my workout this morning for a bonus.
Body fat down another % - Woo Hoo! I'm on a roll!

Glad to see everyone is doing great!!!

Katie

Did fine on sweets yesterday and today.

I sure am glad I didn't put "no salty snacks" in my goals for this month. We ate at a Mexican restaurant last night and the chips were fabulous. I couldn't stay away from Mexican restaurants another month.

Hello everybody! *Hugs* I can't check my sugar today. I have a migraine and for some reason I get sugar cravings. I had one mini milky way and I added ovaltine to my soymilk. I could've done worse so I'm not going to think too much about it.

Water - I'll do better tomorrow, it was okay, but not excellent.
Salt - Check
Sugar - No check

Hi girls!

I'm back from Boston. We had a great time, and that includes my diet:-( .

I won't go in to the gory details, but lets just say I ate WAY TOO much! We walked A LOT, but I'm sure not enough to make up for the dietary lapses.

BUT, tomorrow is another day and BACK TO REALITY!
