Good morning ladies,
How's everyone doing? As for me, here goes:
1)8/8 cups of h20 or 6 cup minimum -- No Check --- I think I only managed to squeeze about 4 1/2 or 5 cups in yesterday. I should know better, as hot as it is and the type of workouts I've been doing this monthx( . Anyway, it's all about improvement not perfection right;-)
2) Limit sweets --- Check --- No sweets yesterday
3) No food 2 hours before bed --- 3/4 of a check
-- I think I missed that deadline by 30 minutes
4) No late night visits to the fridge -- Big Check
5) August Rotation --- Big Check --- Completed Day 9
