Personal Goals Check-in - August 11

Good morning ladies,

How's everyone doing? As for me, here goes:

1)8/8 cups of h20 or 6 cup minimum -- No Check --- I think I only managed to squeeze about 4 1/2 or 5 cups in yesterday. I should know better, as hot as it is and the type of workouts I've been doing this monthx( . Anyway, it's all about improvement not perfection right;-)

2) Limit sweets --- Check --- No sweets yesterday:)

3) No food 2 hours before bed --- 3/4 of a check :) -- I think I missed that deadline by 30 minutes

4) No late night visits to the fridge -- Big Check

5) August Rotation --- Big Check --- Completed Day 9

Hello ladies,

I haven't posted here since probably last week. With stress and painting my eating was horrible! So I was ashamed to even post. But today is a new day with my exercising and diet!

So far so good this morning. I'm having a banana protein shake for bkf after workout and determined to succeed in all my goals.

No sweets-I ate half a darn fat free muffin I must throw them out!

Hi ladies. Doing well. Rotation is going well and eating is going well. However, the scale hasn't moved an inch all week which is a little unusual. I still have to lost another % of body fat by the end of the month to reach my goal.

Hi Ladies, doing well on everything except total calories... but since I am not losing weight, I guess the lower calorie consumption is not as big a problem as I thought it was. Did 25 min of lomax + chest/tricepts/back/abs from CTX & a short stretch session. Still room for improvement on the fat/protein % balance:-(
 
Hi Ladies!

Late check-in for me. Today was my late day at work, and then we had to attend a fundraiser for Muscular Dystrophy.

Anyway, I did well up until they brought around dessert....a fudge brownie with fudge frosting and vanilla ice cream with fudge topping. It was too good to pass up.

Oh well, I'll have to add some extra cardio in tonight}( !

Still doing well on my water. I came close today, but probably not quite 8/8. I took the kids for ice cream and didn't have any for myself. It sounded good, but I resisted, even when they didn't finish. I just threw theirs in the garbage.

I also just got Boot Camp and did this one this morning. I LOVED it!! I only had the FitTV version before, and it is so much better on DVD.
