Yesterday was a good day!
I was really feeling the effects of LowMax while doing my 5 mile run!!!
No snacking because there is nothing good to snack on in the house}( , not because I have great will power right now.:p

Finally drank enough water!!

Hi rest of you all!!!! I'm off to do a Taebo Live Advanced tape. Was supposed to be a rest day, but I'm in the mood for Billy today...he cracks me up.

Hey Wendy and Michelle,

Yesterday wasn't too bad. No sweets yesterday till night time when I ate two lemon cookies. I felt very uncomfortable in the stomach after that. Today is a new day huh! I did a whole lot better with my water intake which was 30oz. I just put my water bottles in the freezer and get it almost froze and then drank up! I'm on my fifth day of my routine, almost completed one week!

Today is a cardio day for me. I am going to attempt IMAX3, although it tends to make me feel like I don't know the English language. :7

I did great yesterday, but I was busy and didn't eat enough and really felt it last night. So today I'm going to do better with that. Don't want to slow down my metabolism.

Hi, everyone -
It's been a grueling week, and I haven't been anywhere near the internet! (sigh) TGIF - not only because it's the end of the work week, but also because it's my day of no exercise! Ah, this is going to feel good.

I've devised a rather evil workout schedule that really surpasses anything I've ever done, and I am tired! I've only been at it a week and a half though, so I imagine I'll get used to it. The goal is to lose the cellulite on my rear, and just to improve my fitness level. That, it will definitely do. Based on my family heredity, I don't actually know if the first goal is possible...even our men have big behinds.

Yesterday was LL and a non-Cathe 30-min step routine. Tomorrow will be Imax 2 and PUB.

Morning everyone!

Well, after my brutally awful day yesterday, I went home and ate a cookiex( Still, at least it was only one cookie. I did well on everything else yesterday. Did Lowmax last night, plus added on the KPC abs, just for fun! Haven't done pikes in a while and they are HARD!

This morning I was up early and out running, so that's done for the day. I'll do Coremax later. The cookies are gone (I made my SO take them to work with him), so no more temptation for me!

And it's Friday. And I'm on vacation starting at 1 o'clock.:)

The scale was NOT my friend today;( .

I don't think it will be hard for me to get back on track...my body is craving healthy food. It is nice to get away, but even nicer to come home!

No Sweets-Check

Kali I had a not enough calories day yesterday as well. I was out for a bit last night and I was feeling weird and I know it was because I had not ate enough. I quicly ate a salad to feel better and to join back in on the conversation my son and I were having.

I cleaned a drwer out yesterday so still moving in the right direction there.

Still hanging in there! We're approaching the weekend though and that is when I get my worst cravings. We don't have any plans this weekend, so hopefully I can stick to my clean eating.

Good morning everyone,

Kim congrats on drinking enough water, isn't it a great feeling?

Yesterday was great, I ended up finding some sweet star fruit, and having that as one of my snacks. It's so hard to find good star fruit up here in the cold eastern states it's usually x-sour (taste). Since they have to import it while it's still green no matter if it's in the sun or not, it just doesn't have a sweet taste if imported on the light side of ripe.

My rotation is going well, this am on my two-week check in, I have lost a little over an 1 and a 1/2 inches. So that was a good way to start the morning out. I had figure I had lost something, as my pants seems a bit more lose in the thighs and butt. Including my nice stretchy workout pants. It always amazes me when those actually start to get too big.

3) Limit sweets--check (no sweets last night)

4) August Rotation--check (completed Day 4 and now Day 5)

5) Stop eating 2 hours before dinner --check

Glad you are all doing so well!! Shelley, nice going to keep it to one cookie & then send the rest away!
I have been doing fairly well, more protein, less fat, but getting enough calories is still a challenge. & as for the August rotation, I'm stepping up my usual workouts, but took Wednesday off (long work day every week), and off today because I got a massage - MT said "you worked legs yesterday didn't you?" I love it when she can tell!

I am still doing well on the no sweets. It amazes me how some days it is really easy and then the next day will be so hard. I will imagine something sweet and look for it in the house (an opened bag of chocolate chips? just a few...?) I have not given in to the temptations, but it can be so hard sometimes!

I had a good day overall, the migraine is gone (thanks for your wishes Michelle)

Tammy - don't worry about the scale. Welcome back. Start slowly with your workouts until you can give them 200% and forget about your little sins in Boston, just start eating clean again tomorrow.

No sweets - did better than yesterday.

Today I worked out pretty hard too. I did MIC plus kickmax leg drills and abs...whoa mamma...I'm getting ready to tackle that Aug '05 Rotation in a couple of months.
