Hi to Diane Sue

Garden work this morning including hefting some heavy planters up onto the new deck. i had to lift them one step at a time but i did it. this afternoon we rode the neighborhood on mt bikes for 45 minutes. good enough. we both have a medical appts tomorrow early so maybe a ride in the afternoon. it is just lovely out but took a long time to warm up. very cold ( for riding) this morning with freezing spots. nt good on a bike.

No workout yesterday. I went to my parents in the afternoon. This morning I did LMR2 Elevated Total Body. I thought I had done this one, but I definitely didn't. While I've done versions of most of the exercises, I know I definitely have never done that plank version at the end with jacks. Sunny here again today. We got some snow again Saturday. Highways were good yesterday, but I had some icy stretches, thank you packed down snow, getting to and from the highway. That's disappearing fairly quickly thanks to the sun, definitely not warm enough to melt.

Valerie I'm glad your ankle is feeling better.

Today I did P 30 Low Impact HiiT + the Extended Stretch, 37 minutes, 166 calories, average heart rate 110, and maximum heart rate 145. Yesterday I did Jane Adams Gentle Yoga for 18 minutes.

Judy, great job with walking 3 miles at the mall, Muscle Meltdown Triceps and Icy Core 1, Peloton rides, Restorative Yoga, treadmill walk, and Yin Yoga.

Valerie, great job with gardening work and a 45 minute ride in your neighborhood.

Cathy, great job with LMR2 Elevated Total Body.

Today I did LMR Functional Upper Body timesaver. That was 37 minutes, 73 calories, average heart rate 96, and maximum heart rate 118.

Valerie, nice job with the road ride. It’s good that you had lovely weather.

Hello to Judy, Cathy, and Diane Sue.

I did LMR2 Kickbox Fusion and Live Core Strength Express. Facetimed with Derek for over an hour. Sounds like he'll be going down to Nick's late May, so I'll go down then, too, and I can bring back things Nick doesn't want to move. Someone kindly brought in a mouse and that thing has got it made. Stealing food out of traps, and shredding things for bedding. I've had these live traps for years and never had a mouse be able to steal anything without setting off the trap. And the areas it's going in, it has to cross in the open, but have any of the cats caught it, nope. It's living the high life. So, I'll try again for the third night in a row.

Yesterday was a rest day. I had a chiropractor appointment in the morning and got caught up on laundry and cleaning at home. Today I did a 2-mile treadmill walk and 20 minutes of Peloton Full Body Strength.

Valerie-Great job with your mountain and road biking.

Cathy-Great job with LMR2 Elevated Total Body, LMR2 Kickbox Fusion and Live Core Strength Express. It looks like we will start to see some nicer weather this weekend.

Carolyn-Great job with Jane Adams Gentle Yoga, P 30 Low Impact HiiT + the Extended Stretch and LMR Functional Upper Body timesaver.

Hi to Diane Sue

I did STS2 Super Sets Total Body, 2 sets. It's already 40 heading to 55, so I need to get out and walk some, though it was wet last time I was out. And it's supposed to rain the next 3 days, though at least it'll be warm. This is the time of year when 60 is warm. LOL

This morning I did KCM’s Cardio Quick Fix, workout one, 26 minutes, 171 calories burned, average heart rate 125, and maximum heart rate 150. I had an early appointment today. There are so many details to take care of that I never thought about.

Cathy, nice job with LMR2 Kickbox Fusion, Live Core Strength Express, and STS 2 Supersets Total Body.

Judy, nice job with doing 2 mile walk on the treadmill and 20 minutes of Peloton Full Body Strength.

Hello to Valerie and Diane Sue.

Monday I did Elevated Lower Body Timesaver # 3 Dumbbells and Bands and did the warm up twice because I had an interruption at the end of the first warm up, 38 minutes, 139 calories. A lot is cut out of this premix. Yesterday I was supposed to have a phone visit with my doctor, but then they decided to have me come in. I had originally went in to check why I felt like there is a lump in my throat and sometimes food crumbs go up instead of down when I try to swallow. This got bad when I had the reaction to the arthritis med. It still does it but is better. Any way I am supposed to call if things do not get better over the next month and they will send me to a specialist. My allergies are so severe, and she gave me a steroid injection for allergies since I am doing everything I can and still coughing, sneezing, and I think it is affecting my throat. Particularly at night. I have been crazy busy. No workout yesterday since I had to go in to see the doctor. Today I did Elevated Upper Body, 52 minutes, 178 calories, heart rate 96/136. I also did Elevate Dynamic Flexibility and Core timesaver #1 no core, 31 minutes, 97 calories, heart rate 90/119. I have to modify on the twisting moves, but I like this workout. Total time was 83 minutes, 275 calories.
Sorry I am not around too much. I stop and read posts. I am trying to get things packed and ready for this weekend's moving things.

Today I did KCM’s Power Splits Lower Body, 30 minutes, 97 calories burned, average heart rate 104, and maximum heart rate 141.

Diane Sue, I’m sorry that you are having such a hard time working your allergies and difficulty swallowing. Hopefully you will get some relief soon. Great job with Elevated Lower Body timesaver, Elevated Upper Body, and Elevated Dynamic Flexibility and Core timesaver.

Waving hello to everyone. Have a great day.

We did a park walk this morning for an hour and 15 minutes. then stopped and did the shopping. DH did fine with his cataract procedure. he is amazed at how bright and colorful everything is. it sneaks up on people gradually so they don't realize what has happened to their vision until its corrected. he cant lift anything over 20 lbs for a week so im doing most of that. II only did therapy work for 2 days but that's ok. today turned out nicer than predicted . partly sunny and low 50's. yes Cathy, 60 degrees is balmy! he was nervous about it before hand but they whisked him right in when we got there and he was out in about 50 minutes and is already very very happy he went ahead with it. he says colors are so much brighter and so is the whole day. is vision is not as good as it will get yet but its quite functional in 2 days. only the first day was uncomfortable.

diane sue that is so unfortunate that they cant get your allergies figured out. I had bad allergies in Wisconsin but much improvement here in WA. unavoidable plants there and also a long tme ago. that o top of moving sure makes for a full schedule.

Yesterday I did 50 minutes of Peloton Rides. Today I did a 35-minute treadmill walk and 20 minutes of Peloton Full Body Strength. We had a minor accident yesterday; we were rear-ended at a stop light. Fortunately, no one was injured but there was a bit of damage to the rear of our Bronco Sport. It will be at the body shop until later next week.

Cathy-Great job with STS2 Super Sets Total Body. I agree, temps in the 60’s will feel like a heat wave to me.

Carolyn-Great job with KCM’s Cardio Quick Fix, workout one and KCM’s Power Splits Lower Body.

Diane Sue-Great job with Elevated Lower Body Timesaver # 3 Dumbbells and Bands, Elevated Upper Body, and Dynamic Flexibility and Core timesaver #1. I’m so sorry that you are dealing with allergies and the throat problem. I hope you feel better soon.

Valerie-Great job with your park walk. That’s good news that your DH did well with the cataract procedure.

bummer for you Judy. sometimes those little fender benders do more damage than it looks. all the sensors get very costly to replace if they are affected. our older cars, even the 2018, dont have that many. but newer models are crazy with them.

diane sue i had to go see doc in person rather than the scheduled video visit. i think it has to do with medicare funding if the budget is not completely passed. I dont know the details and this is just a guess because my appt also got switched. no one could explain it well and it was not that inconvenient so i just drove there.

Today I did JS HiiT Walk, 30 minutes, 202 calories burned, average heart rate 124, and maximum heart rate 173.

Valerie, great job with the park walk for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I’m glad that your husband’s cataract procedure was successful.

Judy, nice job with 50 minutes of Peloton rides, 35 minutes on the treadmill, and 20 minutes of Peloton Full Body Strength. I’m sorry that you were rear ended at the stop light.
