Today I did LMR2 PHA Cardio Fusion. It's a good short workout. Really not thrilled that after looking okay earlier in the week, we had about an inch of snow last night and may get another inch today. I have a dentist appointment tomorrow. I told her we should just reschedule in the spring!

Valerie I really hope that you avoid catching what your DH has. Glad you were able to get in a good XC skiing outing before heading home and got to see some animals.

Have a good day everyone!

Friday I did a 30-minute Peloton Ride, yesterday I did a 10-minute Row, 10 minutes of Peloton Lower Body, 45 minutes of easy Peloton riding (watching YouTube) and 45 minutes of Restorative Yoga. Today I did a 45-minute Power Zone Endurance Ride and another 45 minutes of easy riding watching YouTube.

Carolyn-Great job with JS 15 Minute Calorie Burst, Step Boss Chair Stretch, and Jane Adams Gentle Yoga.

Cathy-Great job with LMR2 Low Impact Cardio Fusion, Live Sore to the Core, Restorative Yoga, and LMR2 PHA Cardio Fusion. I’m not thrilled with the forecast either. We got about an inch of snow last night and it looks like we will get another 1-3 inches by Tuesday. We have a couple of appointments this week that we had rescheduled from last month when the weather was so bad. I hope the roads aren’t too bad for your dentist appointment.

Diane Sue-Great job with Barre Bootcamp and the Mobility Timesaver. I’m sorry about your wrist.

Valerie-I’m sorry that your husband is sick. Great job with stacked upper body and the therapy work.

Today I did ICE Low Impact Sweat, workout one. That was 28 minutes, 118 calories burned, average heart rate 108, and maximum heart rate 136.

Cathy, great job with LMR 2 PHA Cardio Fusion.

Judy, great job with Peloton rides, rowing, Peloton Lower Body, and Restorative yoga.

Hello to Valerie and Diane Sue.

yesterday I did 15 on the spin bike and 25 on treadmill walking uphill. therapy. I am apparently super human!. i do not have the virus. i am not relaxing my vigilance but it is amazing. the 12 hr drive should have made it certain Id get it but so far, so good.
sorry you are getting the snow. i always like how it looks but it sure makes driving a disaster. we will almost certainly not get any snow here this year.

This morning I did an AOLIH mix when I got up, and then got to go to an early dental appointment. After, I think 2 years of nothing extra, I need an old filling replaced, and another old one, replaced with a crown. Thankfully, insurance covers the bulk of it, and I have a month till my appointment.

Valerie I'm sure the UP would have been happy, at least some of them, to send you some of their snow. They are getting hit again, in all the years I've been following things up there, starting in the fall of 2017, I don't recall it ever being this crazy.

Hi Carolyn, Judy and Diane Sue.

Today I did the LMR2 Balance Fusion and STS2 Lower Body 1 - 2 sets premix. Beautiful and sunny here now and while it's supposed to eventually, still a fair bit to go, reach 38 today, we are also supposed to get more snow later in the day.

This morning I did P 30 Perfect Pump Upper Body, 35 minutes, 75 calories burned, average heart rate 99, and maximum heart rate 123. I skipped the push ups, dips and bicep curls, all things that are hard on my wrist. While it’s much better, it’s still healing. I kept injuring it again when I was caring for my husband.

Valerie, great job with the spin bike, treadmill, and therapy exercises. I’m glad that you didn’t get sick.

Cathy, great job with AOLIH, LMR2 Balance Fusion, and STS 2 Lower Body 1.

Hello to Judy and Diane Sue.

Still not sick. i think i missed this one!. DH is still barking like a sea lion! feels ok now though. His eye procedure is monday so I was hoping he would be completely over this and that I didnt get it.

Carolyn do you have a compression sleeve to put on the wrist for support?

we walked the park this morning for an hr 20 minutes. lovely morning. the sun is much higher than even a few weeks ago. the sun on the water was blinding.

Today I did KCM’s Cardio Quick Fix, workout one. That was 26 minutes, 164 calories, average heart rate 123, and maximum heart rate 163.

Valerie, thanks for reminding me about the compression sleeve for my wrist. I meant to order one but forgot all about it with everything that was going on. I’ve been using my weight lifting gloves that have wrist support. I immediately ordered one this morning.

Have a good day everyone.

Carolyn i have a foot/ ankle issue on one side so use a sleeve for walking. it got worse this weekend after xc skiing. Glad it will probably help. it reduces swelling if you have any and is a good reminder of what not to do with the sore part.
planned on riding this morning but its really cold and damp. not happening today!

DH was tuning up the big rototiller for the garden since the season is approaching. he must have left the oil plug sitting out on the counter or on the floor. puss must have gotten a hold of it. a little plastic threaded cover but the tiller wont run without it. luckily DH noticed it was missing before we drove over it. about as big as a fat nickel. I won awards this morning for finding it on the floor under my car before leaving to go shopping. Puss loves to grab small things and bat them around. hes probably guilty as charged.

Monday I did a 45-minute treadmill walk and yesterday I did LMR2 PHA Cardio Fusion. Today is a rest day.

Carolyn-Great job with ICE Low Impact Sweat, workout one, P 30 Perfect Pump Upper Body and KCM’s Cardio Quick Fix, workout one. I am sorry that your wrist is bothering you. It’s good that you ordered a compression sleeve for it.

Valerie-I’m glad you didn’t get sick. Great job with the walk.

Cathy- Great job with the AOLIH mix, LMR2 Balance Fusion and STS2 Lower Body 1. It’s sunny here but getting colder again. I think we have another week or so before we see warmer temps again.

Hi to Diane Sue

This morning I did STS2 Upper Body 1. Lots of the snow has melted here, but I just looked out and there are a few white things floating down. Thankfully very few. It's not supposed to be doing anything, so hopefully it just stays super light.
